Each item is made, packaged, and shipped with care.
Because many of our products are handmade, custom, or made to order, please review our return policy below before purchasing.
All Sales Policy
All sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.
Exchanges (Apparel Only)
We offer size exchanges on unworn apparel items under the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Item must be returned in original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

Resin Products (Dominoes, Coasters, Customs)
Due to the handmade and custom nature of resin products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Domino sets
• Coasters
• Custom resin items
Each piece is uniquely made. Minor bubbles, color variations, or small imperfections are natural in handmade resin and are not considered defects.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Pre-Orders
All pre-order sales are final.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins. Please review sizing and product details carefully before ordering.
Local Pickup Orders
All pickup orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe once notified.
